Your body stopped cooperating? Meet Christian.

Christian has been coaching since earning his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of South Carolina in 2016. He’s worked extensively across sports performance, CrossFit, personal training, and remote coaching.
He’s also a Level 2 Certified Nutrition Coach through the Nutrition Coaching Institute and a Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting.
Already exercising, but nagging joints, stiffness, or stalled progress keep getting in the way? Christian helps you find the limiting factor, address it, and build a body that stays capable for the long haul.
Build the Body for What You Want to Do
Christian believes in finding whats blocking you before pushing intensity. Stalled progress isn’t about pushing harder, but knowing what your body can and can’t currently do. Sometimes, simple adjustments can help you move forward through plateaus.
Your individualized plan is built around your goals, assessment, equipment, schedule, and limitations. Christian stays in regular contact, reviews your technique and symptoms, and adjusts the plan as needed instead of waiting until the next coaching call.
Those calls are used to assess progress, work through challenges, and decide what comes next. Your plan evolves with you as your body changes. No cookie-cutter approach here.
Who Christian Works With
Christian works best with people who already exercise but need a more individualized approach to keep progressing. He specializes in:
- Busy professionals and parents who need training to fit real life
- Former athletes who want to feel capable again
- Runners dealing with nagging joints, fatigue, or stalled progress
- Active people frustrated by stiffness or movement limitations
He’ll help you move with less discomfort, build strength and mobility, and keep doing the activities you love.
Client Wins
From years of pain to new strength PRs
One of Christian’s first remote clients had years of CrossFit-related pain, tightness, and numbness in his upper body. The usual “strengthen what’s weak and stretch what’s tight” approach hadn’t changed much, so they rebuilt the foundation; changing how he breathed, stood, and walked.
Within three months, he was training without pain. Within a year, he had beaten his old strength PRs.
A stronger runner by doing less
A long-distance runner came to Christian believing more was always the answer: more training and more dieting. She had hit a wall with stubborn belly fat, joint pain on long runs, and exhaustion.
They pulled back intensity, added planned rest, and built training around her recovery and life. She’s now stronger, leaner, pain-free, and a better runner. The best part? She’s getting the same results while training less! She’s feeling healthier and more confident than ever before.

Who Christian Isn’t For
If you want a generic plan, believe more intensity is always better, or don’t want to communicate about how your body is responding, Christian may not be the right coach for you.
But if you’re ready to give feedback, challenge assumptions, and follow a plan that adapts with you, he’ll help you build lasting capability without constant pain or setbacks.
